Check one of the solutions listed below:
1 The old version of the presets may not work properly in After Effects CC 2019 or higher. Make sure you are using the actual version of the presets package or try this solution.
2 Make sure the resolution of the transition composition is the same as the resolution of the composition of your project.
For example: if the Composition of your Project is 1920×1080, the Composition of the Transition-Layer should also be 1920×1080.
3 Make sure that the transformation parameters of the Transition-Layer have not been changed. The Layer must be located exactly in the center of the Composition, the Scale is 100%, the Rotation is zero.
4 Make sure that the Pixel Aspect Ratio in your composition settings – is a Square Pixels.
